Meet the Founder
President, Katrina Meggett
Katrina Meggett started her career early on as a fast food store manager, contributing to her high level of patience and ability to manage many employees including assistant managers, shift leaders while maintaining fast and productive customer service. She then transitioned into becoming an investor managing her own properties to gain knowledge of what it takes to become a landlord. After strategically purchasing and renovating several rental properties in her portfolio, this then motivated her to get her Property Management License back in 2015 and she has worked in all aspects of residential and commercial rental management ever since. She then became Founder, President, and Operations Manager of True Property Management.
Katrina is a wife and a mother of four handsome sons and enjoys traveling, coaching girls basketball, learning new things, and spending time with her family... whenever she can.
